In order to specialise in new making and sound adjusments I have decided to stop repair and restauration work...However I can advice you specialized people for this task.
For both of these services I offer, I provide a free estimate and a timetable reflecting the work to be done.
I can if necessary lend one of my instruments for an agreed period.
All work is done in accordance with the ethical rules governing the restoration of any musical instrument, reflecting the latest advances in techniques and knowledge in this field.
My experience at Stefan Krattenmacher in Berlin allowed me to developpe restoration and technical skills, working on international-renowned instruments by masters such as Goffriller, Grancino, Fendt, Engleder,etc., which underpin my work.
I have also enhanced my techniques attending courses by a specialist in advanced restoration, Jean-Jacques Fasnacht.
Sound adjustments are of course an integral part of this work, at the last stage of the process.
